1.) How do I purchase leads?
You can only purchase leads online directly from this website. We offer many types of leads. Each page of the website describes in detail the leads offered for that page. The pricing and order options are listed at the bottom of each page below the description. Simply click on the buy now button in the column of order size and cost per lead that you choose. Once you have completed your payment, you will receive an email confirmation.
2.) How does CustomLeads.net deliver leads?
Real-Time Leads: You will receive an email with your login information to the back office provided for you with each order. Our back office has many features including the following most used. Select gender, set number of leads delivered to you daily, pause lead delivery, view leads contact information, and set appointments.
Non Real-Time Leads: All leads that are not real-time are delivered as email attachments in Microsoft Excel, Comma Delimited (CSV) or Tab Delimited (text) format. In event your email service does not allow you to receive large files, CustomLeads.net will upload the data file to a secure server and email you a download link.

4.) How does CustomLeads.net generate leads?
Our leads are generated via the following methods:
Network of thousands of lead producing websites
Company consumer promotions
Company solo emails
Advertising on a network of company and 3rd party web sites
5.) How fast are orders processed?
CustomLeads.net processes most orders within 1 hour, but in some cases it can be a little longer. It depends on the type of leads ordered. Each page has an ETA for delivery located right above the payment options. Orders on Sunday will be processed on Monday.
6.) How many times are your leads sold?
Our leads are sold up to a maximum of two times, whether real time, aged, or email leads. We never sell the same leads to anyone within the same business opportunity. We do not believe in selling a lead more than twice.
7.) What is your replacement policy?
We will replace inaccurate phone numbers and disconnected phone numbers. They must be returned to leads @ customleads.net within 30 business days of receiving the leads. CustomLeads.net typically provides 10% extra leads with each order. In the rare event that you receive leads with incorrect phone numbers in excess of the 10% extra provided, you may simply return those leads and we will gladly supply you with additional replacements.
8.) Do you offer refunds?
Due to the time sensitivity of the leads we do not offer refunds after leads or services have been delivered. All sales are final. Please see our replacement policy above for bad leads.
9.) Is it safe to order online?
Yes, Customleads.net has the most secure online order processing systems available. All your personal information that includes your billing information is submitted via a secure server. All of your information is encrypted.
10.) What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal.
11.) Do you have monthly autoship?
We do not have auto renewal of orders. All orders are a one-time only purchase.
12.) Do you offer free samples of leads?
No free samples are offered without a purchase. A small sample will not give you an accurate representation of the overall quality of our leads.
13.) Can I pause or regulate lead delivery?
Real-time lead orders have the option to control lead delivery. Each order of real-time leads includes a Back Office which allows you to: View your leads, Download leads as a .csv file, Update Leads Sent Per Day, and Pause lead delivery. All other types of leads are delivered all at once via email download link or attachement.
14.) Are your leads incentivized?
We never use incentives to generate leads.
